Are the prints really free?
Yes — genuinely free. 30 premium 6×4″ prints delivered to your door every month for 12 months. We cover printing and postage. Your card is only charged after your free year ends.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. We make our money from optional upgrades — larger sizes, canvases, photo books. Your free prints have zero strings attached.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. Prints are packaged in a rigid, letterbox-friendly mailer so they arrive flat and protected.
What's the print quality like?
Lab-grade. 300gsm card stock, calibrated colour profiles, the same equipment used by professional photo labs. These aren't flimsy pharmacy prints.
What happens after 12 months?
Your free year ends automatically — no surprise charges. If you want to keep getting prints you can choose a paid plan, or just stop. No penalty, no nagging.
Can I send prints to someone else?
Absolutely. Set any delivery address for each order. Many members send prints directly to family — it's one of the most popular features.
Do I need to download an app?
